The Final Days of Jesus
History pivots on the events that took place during the last week of Jesus' life, March 29 - April 5, AD 33. That week is famously known as, "Passion Week".
Yesterday, at The Journey Church, we commemorated the first event of that week, the Triumphal Entry, by studying John 12:12-19. We learned that on March 29, AD 33, Jesus entered the city of Jerusalem. He entered Jerusalem knowing what awaited him, death on a Cross.
As we continue to prepare our hearts to celebrate Jesus' death-defying resurrection this Easter Sunday, we want to provide some video links as a resource. These 3-4 minute videos feature world renown New Testament scholars; these videos narrate the events that took place during the last week of Jesus' life--the most important week of the most important person who ever lived.
